Control panel trunkings as a core product group
Control panel trunkings are a central element in Licatec’s range and one of the most popular product groups among Cablex Oy’s customers. The Terminal series is specifically designed for organising and routing cables in control cabinets and switchgear assemblies. These trunkings comply with the DIN EN 50085 standard and are available in both standard PVC and halogen-free versions. Their design prioritises ease of installation, safety, and dimensional precision—features that professionals depend on for demanding applications.
Customised solutions for project-specific needs
Licatec develops tailored solutions when standard products do not meet specific project requirements. These include, for example, specially shaped trunkings, custom lighting designs, and profile-extruded components. All of these are developed in close cooperation with the customer. Licatec operates its own profile extrusion division, producing precision aluminium and plastic profiles for cable routing and lighting structures. This capability enables the delivery of complex components in large volumes and supports scalable system solutions.
All products are designed and manufactured in-house at Licatec’s facilities in Germany. Their quality management follows the ISO 9001 standard, and only carefully selected materials are used. Especially in cable management systems, halogen-free and recyclable options are available, meeting current safety and environmental requirements.
Licatec works in close collaboration with electrical installers, machine builders, and control panel manufacturers. All products are developed as part of integrated systems to support smooth and reliable installations in a wide range of industrial settings. A central logistics hub and international distribution network ensure accurate deliveries and expert support across markets. In Finland, Licatec products are supplied by Cablex.
