High-voltage cables are a key element in power transmission within BEVs. The Cablex range includes high-voltage cable solutions from HELUKABEL and Studer Cables, such as HELUPOWER® BEV-C and BETAtron®. These cables are designed for electric mobility applications where reliable EMC shielding, mechanical durability, and dependable performance in varying operating conditions are required. The solutions meet standards for electric vehicle cabling, including ISO 19642.

AGRO's EVolution EMC® cable glands are specifically designed to provide effective protection for high-voltage cabling in electric vehicles. These glands ensure 360° contact with the EMC braid, improving contact resistance and reducing electromagnetic interference. They are engineered to withstand demanding conditions, including mechanical stress and temperatures as low as −40 °C.

Harnessflex provides conduit systems that protect high-voltage cabling from mechanical stress and demanding environmental conditions. CPC conduit systems are UV-resistant, halogen-free, and designed to minimise abrasion to conductors. In addition, Harnessflex EVO™ connector interfaces enable the safe and efficient connection of Amphenol Powerlok and TE HVA280-3 connectors to the conduit system.
