HELUKABEL High-Voltage Cables

HELUKABEL's HV cables (high voltage) are a key factor in power transmission in BEVs. The HELUPOWER® BEV-C series of EMC-shielded cables provides a reliable and efficient solution for high-voltage systems. These cables meet ISO 6722 and ISO 19642 standards and can carry voltages up to 1500 VDC. Their wide operating temperature range (-50°C to +150°C) and UV and oil resistance ensure excellent durability even in the most demanding conditions.

AGRO EVolution EMC® Cable Glands

AGRO's EVolution EMC® cable glands are specifically designed to provide effective protection for high-voltage cabling in electric vehicles. These glands ensure 360° contact with the EMC braid, enhancing contact resistance and reducing electromagnetic interference. They are engineered to withstand harsh conditions, including significant mechanical stress and temperatures as low as -40°C.

Harnessflex Conduit Systems

Harnessflex provides innovative conduit systems that protect high-voltage cabling from mechanical stress and extreme conditions. CPC conduit systems are UV-resistant, halogen-free, and designed to minimise abrasion to conductors. Furthermore, the Harnessflex's EVO™ connector interfaces facilitate the safe and easy connection of Amphenol Powerlok and TE HVA280-3 connectors to the conduit system, ensuring the long-term performance of high-voltage cables.
