The new HELUPOWER® BEV-C cables are specifically designed for high-voltage electrical systems such as those of electric and hybrid vehicles. The cables’ properties make them an excellent choice for off-road applications in industries such as mining, construction, and agriculture.
The HELUPOWER® BEV-C cable is made of finely stranded copper, with LS0H insulation, and its tinned copper screen, which ensures protection against electrical interference as well as mechanical damage. The orange outer sheath increases visibility of the product and ensures safety in automotive and industrial applications.
This cable meets the requirements of modern electrical technology and fulfils quality and safety standards in a wide range of industrial and automotive applications.
The HELUPOWER® BEV-C cable can be used for a wide range of high-voltage cabling applications and as a connection cable for high-voltage equipment such as transformers, generators, and motors.
It is resistant to a wide range of temperatures (-50°C to +150°C) making it suitable for harsh environments. The nominal voltage of 1000 V AC / 1500 V DC allows for high performance in applications where stable and safe connections are required. In addition, the cable is fire resistant, halogen free and is UV and oil tolerant.
